Okay it's not letting me post on ebay for sale because i no longer have a bank account nor do I have a credit card. I bought one of those prepaid debit cards like I was told and that didn't work. I then bought a moneypak card and that didn't work either. I'm being told to have paypal setup so I can be automatically charged for my payment to ebay but I can't without one of the two. I don't understand why it matters if there is money in my paypal account to pay what i owe. WIll someone from PayPal actually answer this one?
