I am having the same problem. Here is the error message I get when trying to print a shipping label on UPS: "The contact information you submitted does not match the information on file for your UPS account. Either update your UPS account information by visiting www.ups.com or update the information below." I tried my address info, but no luck, so I cannot print a shipping label. Is there no resolution, other than going to a UPS depot??? Soooo frustrated!!!!
