I got positive feedback & delivery confirmation after 2 days & Paypal is holding the payment up. Of course, they can do what they want - hanging on to our money for another couple weeks is great, PP can invest it, even at today's rotten rates. Thanks PP - as soon as the eBay PP monopoly is brought down, perhaps things will improve. Not a good way to do business.
