Further down the address search list were a couple of random companies, an audit company who had same address, different office, but then i noticed a lawyer who uses the same office 12 as RC and laser, Ohhh dear lol. Look at how the address for these genuine companies have been slightly altered from the address of RCmoments & laser. Leontiou A, 167 HAWAII KAMELIA,1ST FLOOR, FLAT/OFFICE 12 3022,LIMASSOL, CYPRUS And this is the genuine address of the lawyer 167 Leontiou A’, HAWAII KAMELIA COURT, 1st Floor, Office 12, 3022 Limassol, Cyprus Worrying but thankfully I paid with Paypal and it isn't a gift or something I am in a hurry for. Like others, I have also asked PayPal to consider dropping Tomtop and prevent them from using the site any longer. I think it's ridiculous that this hasn't happened a long time ago. This company obviously knows what they are doing. They're ripping all of us off. I urge anyone who has been through this, whether you received a refund or not, to go to https://www.ftc.gov/ and file a complaint. We need to get Tomtop banned from doing business in the states. ...  I wish that I had checked the reviews on TOMTOP before I made my purchase. Had I seen all of the bad stuff I would never have done business with them. I ordered one of those Bugs2 drones. It arrived with no battery. I attempted to contact them at the email address they provided but it didn't work. I had to search the Internet for another address. They answered but they said the battery was built into the drone. It is not. Then they asked me to photograph everything I received. They then said the battery was hidden inside the transmitter. Right! Whomever wrote that was either very stupid or thought I was! I had paid through PayPal so I filed and won the case. Whew! Lesson learned! DO NOT BUY FROM TOMTOP!!!! Thank you PayPal!!   PS. My experience with purchases from China have been mixed. I have had some very good ones and I have had some bad ones. This has been the worst. My advice is to search and search before choosing to make a purchase with a company in China. I realize that we are limited to buying Chinese products in many cases but you might be able to find a Chinese company that has an outlet outside of China in the US or wherever you are. That doesn't mean you won't have problems but at least you won't have to wait forever to get your item and you can return it easily enough.      ... View more
