Hi, I have someone working on a website for me and need them to do some work with my Paypal. How can l allow them access to my account to get this done safely. I have a basic account not a Business one. If l need to upgrade hte account to a Business how do l do that. Would prefer to not have to do upgrade. Thank you for the help
