This may a member-to-member help forum, but there is precious little you can do to help - maybe you can offer a shoulder to cry on. PayPal arbitrarily activated the PAD option on a recent purchase I made. I normally pay via credit card instantly. They paid the vendor (OK), but will charge my bank account in 14 days. I WANT TO USE MY CREDIT CARD AND PAY NOW. I went through the "HELP" processs, talked to some guy (Chris) in a foriegn country and he said nothing could be done. That's bull. PayPal still has 13 days to reverse the payment source. They simply refuse to do it.. My answer from Chris was "Sorry, Sir, nothing can be done." That's really great customer service - but typical, I believe. Can anyone here help me?
