I have tried to get an answer a week ago with paypal and neveer recieved. So I will try again. On Jan 11 th I generated two identical shipping labels thru paypal in error. Someone had blocked popups and I did not get the preview of the label like I usuallu do. So I tried again, disabeled popup blocker and got my label. However, now I have two $10.50 charges to my pay pal account. If you trace the USPS numbers you will see that one was never shipped. Could I please get a refund for the $10.50?
