I sent money to a person for cookbooks that she had promised to do for our group, from my understaning of the past while some recieved theirs others didn't, I paid her through paypal and have the orignal transaction, we have contacted her a few times questioning her as to when the books would be done but she kept telling us they were being working on inbetween all the problems she was having, she told me a few times mine were almost done but that had been a few months apart, I asked for a refund she refused and told me they would be shipped out, I still have not recived them and now she is not responding to our emails at all. Since the transaction is still pending, I have sent reminders, there is no transaction number. I would like to know how I can file a claim to get my money back from her as it is clear that I am ot going to get my books
