How do I respond? After clicking the respond button it takes me to the pay pal page and I can't find anywhere to respond. The page says if you have not received your item no need to do anything. If you have received your shipment click here, yet pay pal still shows waiting for my response on eBay? Also should I include copies of the correspondence with the seller prier to opening a dispute, and if so how do I add those emails from my yahoo mailbox?
