I need help with this case I will hide some information right now I call everytime to paypal dispute department but i dont see any help from paypal buyer protection.. I made a payment for 2.3k, for an order, i have the invoice from the company and detailed the things i have purchased.. The seller send me the order delayed, after two weeks of the payment, i got the tracking number and in fedex website i saw it, and it was only 2 lb's, that supposed to be more than 2 lb's, i know fedex put random weight sometimes, so i asked the seller to send me the fedex receipt to confirm the weight, he sent me the receipt and it show that it was 11.5 lb's with the same tracking number, so i suppose to be everything fine, when i received the order it was effectivly 2 lb's and the document he sent to me is completely fake, now i am trying to contact paypal to dispute this, they told me to file a police report i did everything and all documents they want, as invoice from the seller, the fake receipt, police report, size and weight of the received package confirmation.. Now already two months on this, waiting for paypal do something for me but my case is closing everytime i call and all they can do is to reopen the case and keep me waiting, and getting closed again .. I need a help from someone inside paypal for follow me this case.. its taking so long and i still have no answer
