Hi. I had my PP Debit Mastercard for a year or two, and it expired this past October. When I tried to order a new one, my application was denied and I was asked to confirm my identity with 3 forms of ID, which I did, and my account was returned to good standing on 12/27. Today, not three weeks later, I tried to apply for another card and was denied. They're asking for 3 forms of ID or they'll restrict my account, just like they said in December. What's going on here? I did move this past summer, about a half mile up the road. My bank information is the same, my phone is the same, even my zip code is the same. If it's because I moved, there was a 5 or 6 month lag on their concern. Should I give up on applying for new debit cards? Do they really want me to email them the exact same files I did not even a month ago? Thanks.
