I have a case opened by buyer and agreed to the refund if he returns item. That was in August 12th and he has not sent it back yet. My problem is there seems to be no way to respond to the case as it is still "waiting on buyer" but will be ending on 8th September. There is simply no way to send a message whilst waiting for buyer to respond. What do I do? ... View more

Hi. this happened to me only to find out they had used my credit card account (registered with the account)  to deposit the 2 amounts without informing me. It lay there for 6 weeks till my statement came in before I noticed. Paypal were unable to tell  me this!! ... View more

    Its quite straight forward. Just proceed as if to open a new ebay account and it will ask you the relevant details (do you have a paypal account....etc) and use the existing account to register. ... View more
