I tried to buy something on bay and message showed up saying "Please add a bank account to your PayPal account to complete this purchase. For further assistance, follow the steps listed in the PayPal Help Centre." What can I do. I done everything that PayPal asked and I got this confirmation email that everything is now fine, but still I can not buy anything.
