Just wanted to let the community know that I have had some stressful times trying to collect money that has been paid to Paypal by the buyer and I have not been able to get it, although the buyer took the extra step of notifying Paypal to release the money, they have not done so. This is the second time it has happened.I would strongly recommend to find another alternative to Paypal. There is no direct contact from Canada, one must pay long distant charges , and you cannot contact them directly on the Website like " Live Chat."
