I recently moved and need to go through the pain staking process of getting a confirmed address. I received the PayPal letter with the code which I entered and now I have to fax with "documents" - sorry, "several documents". I tried this years ago with no luck after sending house payment, electric bill, gas bill, and still no confirmation. Can anyone tell me what "documents" need to be faxed please? Extremely frustrating!
