you are one of thoes people,who dont jay-walk and brush after every meal, aren't you? Or you're so rich,  the new choaking smothering rules don't even effect you...you're usually at the golf course...or on a cruise...The new rules ARE OUTRAGOUS! Have you EVER thought ANY rule was bad, or has your family been in the police department for 4 generations? ALL RULES ARE GOOD OR THEY WOULDNT BE THERE-THEY ARE FOR ALL OF US!  HA! Take a break from the Moet Champaign and take a look around at how hard EVERYTHING has become-EVEN EBAY and PAYPAL for peat sake! They were meant TO HELP US-POWER changes people...and BUSINESSES!!! BOY HOWDY!..now all they want to do is HOLD our money for as long as they can, to USE it- to have control of it  for as long as possiable- for investing thier MANY money making ventures..We are GIVING them a loan which WE have to PAY THEM to give it to them to use as they please for over a month! Something is really rotten in Denmark, AND USA!!!! I think it's initials are PP and EB...or paypay, as one smart girl wrote! I just recieved one tenth of money owed to me now , for 26 days-2 days early! WHAAAAWHOOOO! Ain't that a hoot! I get 10 percent of the buck-a-roo's they have pocketed for a month- two big fat days early...go figure. Must of been a mistake. I better not point it out-they might accidently do it again, and then maybe I could PAY MY BILLS!!!! ALSO-they lifted my limit from a measly TEN items a month to 100, AND a measly 1,000.00 a month to 5,000.00 for sales, but NOW THEY SAY MY PAGE IS RESTRICTED from selling! So that big lifting of limits really helped...AND-if I dont find the girl who lived at this address (THREE YEARS AGO-no, I dont know how to reach her..I dont even know her ebay name..), I WLL BE SUSPENDED FOREVER! UNLESS I PAY HER BILL!!!!! Only beacuse she lived at the same address for a few years....I AM LIVID! I could (was) make a living off ebay, but obviously they dont care HOW much I can sell...or how fast...They are either inept or insane. MY record is not HER record, and the two have NOTHING to do with each other,, they have been messing with me since I joined, and I need the money more than I ever have in my life-my husband just died and I HAVE NOTHING BUT ITEMS to sell on eBay to live, until the probate is done....and they cut me off-I have perfect pretty high score so far too, and did so REAL FAST..SO WHY are they so ruthless??????? Not only can they hold them for 21 days, but in the finest of fine print it says-they can hold them for 180 days! ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DAYS! HOW CRAZY IS THAT!?   You are lucky, I WAS going to try and earn a living from my profits on eBay..But I will certainly have to go SOMEWHERE else now! I just can't believe it! Why are they shooting themselves (and all of us), in the foot like that? OR should I say head! My gosh..I just don't understand!  If you have any eBay alternatives PLEASE let me know-I am getting desperate-waiting for probate, (my WONDERFUL BETTER HALF JUST died, and I feel like half of me is gone..So sad and worried as it was), I also just got laid off from my job right before that and now my funds are almost gone! BECAUSE THEY LIE AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!  ACTUALLY way down in their site, 2,000 pages in or so,  they put the fact they can KEEP YOUR money FOR 180 DAYS (!!!!) This occurs when their " might-be-bad-or-up-to-somthin' -they-dislike" sniffing-dog/robocomputer/mechanical spy; points in your/my/her/his direction(s).  It is stated in the teeny weenie itty bitty print. It is placed way deep down in the pit of the cold dark bowels inside the purposefully HUGE web site. There it says they can basically do what ever they want...It wispers it in the places we never read..Go figure..Just usually they don't USE these draconian despicable measures, I guess because they USE to feel it may be bad for business! But now I fear we soon may all become "bad-stuff-sniffing-DOGGIE" BITS...They obviously no longer CARE if it might put a slight damper on biz...I guess they finally said "**bleep** with the biz-let's chew 'em up Fido!" I just read the fine print-they can hold our money for UP TO 180 days if they want! Isn't THAT just spiffy! I don't know about you, but that would put an end to the world as I know it....I am going to be in very dire dire straights...I DO have a son who is a lawyer-REALLY I DO!!.(I will not ask him for money however, and I very rarely ask for legal advice),  BUT I will ask him if they can do this- I usually don't like to ask him my dumb questions when he is working so hard at real crime problems..However..I think this MAY be real crime..although I have a feeling they have a team of lawyers that could stick anybody away forever just for jay walking, and I bet they know how to do what they are doing AND follow the letter of the law..or the loop hole letter or whatever..I will check though..maybe there is SOMETHING we can do. I agree with all with all who wrote about the 21 day BS, I need MY money! HOW DARE THEY! There are zillions of us who are furious..they do not give a hoot. My husband died with no will, untill probate comes i have NO MONEY TO LIVE-i was elling on ebay to make ends meet and they told me I cant get my money for 21 days! They sure did not tell me inadvance! I would have gone elsewhere ifthey had. How ROTTEN, cruel, just plain EVIL> may they live teh life they are making us all go through-REAL SOON..and may they stay there FOREVER!
