A few days ago, I saw on my account a warning that I had to provide my ID or Passport because there are new EU Regulations. I followed the link and there was a page where I could upload my scanned ID or Passport and a bill.  At that moment I wasn't ready, so I clicked Cancel. Now at the Resolution Center says that I have an open case. I have to provide more details. I clicked Resolve and was taken to a page, where there was nothing I could do. When I signed up at Paypal I used a free email service. For a few years evrything was fine. Then one day they decided to charge 65$ per year in order to use the email.   I didn't want (and didn't have) to pay. So I added another email and tried to make it Primary. But the system asked me to verify my Bank account number.   So I did. But it didn't accept it! I tried many times using spaces, dashes etc., and nothing worked.   After I tried several times, the system blocked my account and now I must verify the bank account in order to keep using Paypal. Today I tried to make my secondary email as Primary. But I was asked to verify my bank account by rewriting it in a post below. I entered the account, double checked it and clicked Submit. But the system didn't accept it!   I tried many times, using dashes, spaces, posting IBAN in front of the number etc. Nothing worked.   Which is the right way to enter it?   In my bank book I see these 2: Account number: 1111-111111-111   and IBAN that has 10 numbers + account number. I saw that Paypal allows each user to create 2 accounts. One Personal and one Premier. Can I have the same bank account on these 2 accounts?   Also, should I use the same name, address, phone etc.? ... View more
