after i clicked check-out from a website after purchasing something for around 44USD, i am being directed to paypal. when i logged in to paypal, i am being asked to add a new credit card or debit card. [this only happens when i have insufficient funds to pay] but i had just converted around 50USD on my paypal and i am sure i have enough balance to pay for it. may i know what could be the problem? p/s - i have no problem with making payment with paypal before. - i do not have a cc/debit card.
