I am a verified User which states that i may make unlimited purchases to ebay sellers and other merchants. So why when my netflix payment required me to add an additional $3.00 from my bank account it was denied? So it tried to take the $3.00 from my credit card which is maxed due to Christams. I checked my paypal account and everything looks to be in order. I am still verified, my primary payment method is my bank account ect. So i called a representative and asked. She explained too me that it randomly selects which payment method?????? Is this paypal or paypal casino????Why do i have an option to select a Primary payment method? It was explained that it may be because my paypal account was nsf which i promptly cleared up and also added funds. She also said that she nor any supervisor do not have any way to fix it, to have it come out of my bank account. This has to be false! So there is no one working there with authority to change a clients account options???? Every one is at the mercy of the system? I was not even sent a email to notify me of the changes, which would have been nice, also the least they can do. I am lucky i did not make any purchases elswhere. even though the funds are available in my bank account the representative could not do anything for me. i am no longer trusting in the system. what if i had made purchases through ebay and it would have destroyed my ebay account without being notified of the changes? Paypal could have at least sent an email or changed my account status. If anyone knows of a governing agency this can be reported to pleas let me know. Thanks for your time and be carefull paypal users, you may get a suprise one day that could ruin your online business.
