I bought and paid for parcel force 48 hour collection and delivery through paypal, everything confirmed I printed the label. As I am new to eBay selling I decided to contact parcel force to find out what time collection would take place, they had no record of it, I went through all the nitty gritty and then they confirmed that a parcel would be collected today, because I have other listings I asked why the initial problem and they said its because I printed my own label through paypal. so I asked would I have to confirm every order made through paypal and they said I will have to ask paypal about that. im confused they said it was something to do with paypals contract, can anyone or paypal shed any light on this matter please.
