hello! when i tried to buy a lot of things on Ebay thru Paypal, it said that i "reached my sending limit" and have to verify my account. It's not a problem, but since the card i used is from another country (Kazakhstan) and i don't have checks (didn't order them at all) and routing number. I only have IBAN. How do i put that information and go on? Note that i want to use this card since ppl in my country deposit the money to my account. Thank you!
