I recently purchased 2 planes from ebay and paid the balance by palpal. on 4th December 2011 The delivery date was 4/5 working days or to be delivered by 12th December ,However, the items didn't arrive and I have still have not recieved them. I have opened a case and tried a number a times to contact the seller . But still no responce. What do I need to do now to get my money back.
