i have been a apypal participant for years. i have spent funds from various bank accounts and credit/debit cards, as well as balances. as far as i know, i still have several attached to my account...i certainly didn't change anything. now, i have reached my spending limit of $10,000? is this a historical amount for the whole time i have been using paypal? also, if i already have accounts attached, then why am i not considered "verified"?
