Hello, couple of questions here. I'm thinking about buying something from a private seller and they prefer paypal as a payment how do I pay for that? The seller is asking to send as a gift or add 4%. If I send as a gift or add 4% and I don't receive my order, will I be able to open a dispute? Buying from a private seller is my first time, I usually buy from eBay. I just want to be safe. Thanks
