Yesterday I placed an order with a vendor that turned out to be a beta version of a jewelry site. They notified me of a refund today. Now there is a temporary hold on my account for the $93.00. This money was funded from my bank account. WHAT GIVES, PAYPAL?!?!?!?!?!?! There's no bank that gives enough interest to hold onto my funds. IS PAYPAL NOT A SAFE WAY TO PURCHASE?!?!?
