i'm new to this and pretty confused. when i sell an item, it is paid for thru paypal, then i get a notice to put item up for second chance sale. i lost money and my first customer because the way it looked was like the persons credit didn't go thru. i know now how to tell if item is paid for but i don't understand why i keep getting second chance on all my sales
