Hi, If it has been more than 4 bussiness days, should I contact paypal or my bank? Also, I buy stuff through ebay, is there a way to make the default payment NOT instant trasnfer? I want the money to be taken right out of my account. It makes it much easier for me. I have been able to change it, so that it takes it right out of my account, but I'd like it to be the default payment.
