Last week on Tuesday I used Multi-Order Shipping. All went fine until I went to print labels and the images would not show up. I called paypal and they said to cancel all those labels and print them individually. I did just that. Yet now they think the have the right to keep my $94.06 for 21 days. Then when I called back they said they would make an exception since it was there fault. Waited 4 days and still no refund. So today I call back and they say the exception was denied. Are you serious denied for something they all admit was there fault. This is crap and I have let them know these and they don't seem to care about it. I have processed well over $100,000 with paypal in the last 2 years and they can't give me my money back for a problem that everyone over there admits was there fault. I even talked to a lady named Betty a supervisor in the Merchant Services department ID # 49311 ( lady was useless and should not be handling customers.) When a buyer reports you for a something the money is immediately taken from my account but if it is something Paypal did wrong and they hold my money for 21 days. Not right and if this is not resolved quickly I'm going to make it my personal life goal to ruin paypal.
