This is ridiculous! I had a service that I had cancelled the renewal for. They charged me anyway. They agreed it was there mistake and they immediately refunded the payment. Paypal is sitting on my refund for 3-5 business days and then it's another 3-5 business days before I can put the money back into my bank account. Called customer service, they hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. Called back and he was rude "If we weren't protecting you, you wouldn't be getting your money back". "You need to research how ACH works" Are you kidding me?! When I was on the other end as a seller and a buyer made a fraudalent claim they immediately gave her money back to her while credit card and I had to fight for months to get my money back. Apparently they only protect people who don't have an account with them!
