My account has been open since september 2011. At that time I made two transaction where I sent money as payment for goods in the amounts of $11 and $14.01 which equals $25.01. This morning I attempted to send $25 as a gift and was told I had exceeded my $50.01 sending limit. So I tried $24.99 and got the same result. So I tried 24.00, same result. This makes no sense give that 25.01 and 24.00 equals $49.01 and is under the sending limit for a unverified account. What is going on? I do not want to link bank account to paypal as friends have reported issues with this in the past. thanks Wyatt
