what a joke.  i tried to pay with my paypal mastercard which i never use and has a 0 balance and it wouldnt go through.  i called paypal and i was told my paypal card was temporarily frozen but no explanation, just try later.  i even tried to add a new card and it wouldnt process.. i was told its a glitch and try back.  im leaving paypal ... 12-23-2012.. used paypal for 8 years no problems.  for 5 days ive gotten error code 10417 cannot process and cannot pay for my items.  i tried to add a new card but got " cant process this transaction".  called paypal and they say its a glitch. even my paypal mastercard was frozen and they couldnt tell me why.... i see a lt of the same thing with others..  im jumping off the paypal wagon and going to use other alternatives ... just tried to pay 1 seller with 2 different cards that are available and same error 10417 .  something is up with paypal servers ... View more
