Hi, I recently purchased some items from a seller, and he combined them and issued a shipping refund to my Paypal account, but it hasn't been transferred to my bank account, from which the money to pay the seller was drawn originally. How do I go about transferring the shipping refund from Paypal to my personal bank account? And why isn't this done automatically? It has been over 3 weeks by the way.
