Hi, can someone help me please? I opened a claim for an item I did not receive, now PayPal are asking me to provide evidence to support my claim! What does it want from me? How can I have evidence, when I have not received the item? The seller accepts the fact that I have not received trhe item, as the tracking number shows the item has not been signed for! It says I have to provide evidence by the 21st or else the case will close! Please help, Thanks, Jennie
