Hi there, Today I checked my emails to see a receipt from paypal of $32.61 sent to eBay inc, support@ ebay . com but I don't even use ebay and haven't even recently bought anything using paypal. I feel as though this is a breach of my account and was wondering what the best way to go about this issue. thanks -William
