Hello please can someone help me? I am going to hire an attorney if this isn't solved soon.I have several friends who work in the legal profession in the US who will act on my behalf, because this is just wrong. I transferred 600 EURO from my Paypal account to my bank account on the 7th December 2011.It is now the 16th and the money has still not arrived in my account, despite the fact it says "completed". I went to see my bank, there is a second, different paypal transfer to my acccount made a day later on the 8th , which did arrive in the account, and normally I have had no problems. But the 600 EURO transfer made on the 7th, STILL no sign of it in my bank account. I contacted paypal security centre who are sending me standard replies saying I have to wait 14 days before they will even start looking into it, but I am now abroad trying to do my driving lessons which I saved up months for, and now I cannot even pay for my course because there is not enough money in my account! What is going on here??? How does people's money get "lost" and why should we wait weeks for any investigation to start?? It's been over a week already, will another week make any difference?? My bank does NOT have this money, and I have the statements to prove it after Paypal asked me for them, but still I am getting badly written standardised replies in very poor English. Is Paypal hiring low-paid immigrants to send out standard replies to customers? I have read on the internet that poor hiring practices have led to an increase in fraud, with money being stolen from customer accounts. Is this what has happened to my money? I want this resolved, and I would like some answers and some resolution quickly, or like I said I will initiate legal action, even if drains me of every last penny I have, Joseph Kilroy.
