Dear Buyer Fraud, Wow, that is unfortunate! However, thank you for doing the homework and reporting what you have discovered to eBay. Ask them to help you resolve this! They will get the guy if he is scamming. They can at least begin the process of removing him from the eBay community. I am too new a seller to suggest much more.
