I read in the paypal information that I must have a business account to recieve payments from items that I sell on Ebay.  I only want to see 4 coins, do I actually need to create a business just to get paid for 4 coins that I am selling? ... View more

I saw on the PayPal web site that the fee for receiving money from a sale ranges between 1.9% and 2.9%.  That is a big range, but they don't say when is the charge 1.9% and when is it 2.9%.  If you are selling an expensive item that can make a big difference.  Has anybody figured out what their scheme is?  They don't have any phone numbers or email addresses to contact them, so users are just out in the cold for answers. ...
