I just got a email notice they are going to hold my funds for 21 days because I do not sell enough items on eBay a year even though I have been with eBay for ten years and never had anything but 100% feed back. I am going to get my money and say good bye to Pay Pal and their credit card. They look like they have been getting customer service tips from Bank America!!!
