I guess they can because they are doing the same thing to me. I have done every thing I was told to do, get all good feed back and they are holding my funds also. they don't stop to think that the funds we take out to ship these things come out of our pocket and then we have to wait 21 days to get money that belong to us. I am calling them today. A friend started at the same time I have and sold less yet gets his money after 3 days. This is crazy.
