I am a paypal newbie and wanted to purchase some new computer games for my new computer i am linked with my debit card through my chequing account but when i went to complete the purchase all i saw was credit cards listed and was unable to buy something. am i doing something wrong or am i missing something...i dont own a credit card and never plan to own a credit card how can i purchase items through paypal with my bank account when all i see listed credit cards...please help before i go insane! ... I am a newbie to this paypal thing. Just set up my account and waiting for confirmation from paypal, why are they sending money to my account is this just to make sure that the account i gave them is the right one and that everything is working properly? Using a debit card and linking it to my bank account is safe to use right, when i buy something online and paypal is an option they take the amount from my bank account and send it to my paypal account which in turn goes to the seller of whomever i am buying from right..just wanna make sure that this is the correct way for payments. ...
