I've been using my account for just under a year. I'm only 17, and my account has now been limited as I've reached £1,900 or over in total payments to my account. They've asked me to give some form of identification, and now I've realised you have to be 18 years or over. I've tried to contact PayPals customer service over 15 times, through email and I've tried using their help centre. I've tried to explain that I'm only 17, and I require them to close my account, and that I've still got £16.00 in my account that requires to be transferred to my bank account before my papal is closed. Obviously its impossible to get any form of contact with papal, as they probably have the worst customer service in the world. Basically, I need my account shut but I need my £16 transferred to my bank account.. I can't do so because my account is limited. Kind Regards, Sam.
