I'm having the same problem... and mine was a diamond ring for $2000 so obviously I'm really worried... I receved the email saying my buyer accepted my money request and its pending aloow up 4-5 days... and its been 7 days! and that ring is supposed to have been delivered to my buyer today. .... Did you ever get this problem resolved (did you ever get your payment ???)
