Here we are February 2021 and the issue still exists with the Packing Slips.  How difficult can it be for PayPal to fix this problem?  Using the "Print Packing Slip" option has always been useful, but now it will not SAVE my logo anymore and I am not able to update the Packing Slip information even when you select SAVE CHANGES.  Come on PayPal, a billion dollar business and this is a simple software fix??? ... Here is another prime example of something not right.  I just paid for my purchases and PayPal gave me .96485 for an exchange rate.  The current exchange rate happens to be .99045.  Wonder where the extra .09 exchange rate is going on every Canadian Dollar that is used to pay for goods & services through PayPal? ... And why is that?  I had the same question??  I also have a TD US FUNDS account and I do not understand why i cannot link my account.  I am able to link my TD CANADIAN FUNDS account and you are easily able to take those funds.  Why is this not possible if I change my account to be the US FUNDS account as my primary.  The reason I consider this a major issue is how you calculate the exchange rate.  For instance, today I paid my eBay purchases and you used .95 as the exchange rate when in fact the current exchange rate at that time was .98.  This is simply another way to get more money from Canadian users of your services.  If it came straight from my US FUNDS account you could not charge the arbitrary exchange rate that never seems to reflect the current rate at the time.  We loose each time we pay with Canadian Funds.  And switching banks is not a viable option.  Is it PayPal or TD BANK that are not cooperating? ...
