I am the same here. I got an invoice from China Manufacturer asked me to do Wire Transfer. But i ask them to give me paypal instead. Then they registered a paypal account with their email account. I tried to search in paypal to see i can use paypal web system to verify it's ligit or fraud. But don't see any option. I will call paypal and ask them out.
