PayPal charged me US$ 68.00 for a $ 0.68 fee and online Custom Service expects me to call them from Brazil. Last time I called it cost me R$ 250 charge on my cell phone. Toll frePe doesn´t work from Brazil and they put me on hold for over an hour. I have been a customer of Pay Pal for over 8 years.
