I Keep a Paypal account since I sometimes receive payments that way but it is truly more trouble than it's worth. I moved last month. Paypal still isn't working properly. Everything has been updated for weeks. I tried to change the address on a credit card but it won't let me. So I added a new credit card with the new address and Paypal charged me a buck! Then I tried to buy something and Paypal cancelled the order and refunded the seller. Trying to get this fixed is absurd.Is Paypal so understaffed that they cannot fix a simple thing like an address change? Very annoyed. Nancy
