I have made an order purchase online. My Paypal says "Pending" with type "Order to". The inspiration date for the payment is Jan 2012 (-_-) ... I contacted the customer service of the merchant, and the representative said that it would take 48 hours for the system to update sometimes. It has been almost a week and there is no update. To make things worse, the items that I ordered are still in the shopping cart of the merchant site. There is no order in my "Order History" in the merchant site. The customer service just tells me that they have no record of my order. So my last resort would be to cancel this payment. Is it possible? It was a payment made using PayPal credit card, and the statement hasn't been generated yet so I am not 100% sure whether the payment was approved or no. I don't want to get charged interested for a payment that did not go through (>_<) Please help. Thank you in advance.
