NO, you can file a snad claim with paypal.  Paypal will ask for the online viewable D/C number you shipped it back with.  Paypal will then refund you full purchase price, minus the refund amout your seller already gave you.   You have up to 45 days from your payment date to file with paypal.  Once a dispaute is filed, you must escalate it with 20 days to a paypal claim.  if you don't it will close out in the sellers favor.   Also Paypal will do very little , if anthing till its escalated to a Paypal claim.   Once a dispute/claim is filed it can not be reopened once closed.
