Someone bought something from me on ebay, she wasnt happy with it ''marks all over it'' she sent it back to me (nothing wrong with the outfit). i issued her a refund it shows completed on my side. she also wanted a refund for the postage for sending me it back which i agreed to. I had to send this seperatly because it wouldn't let me enter a higher amount. At first she said she had recieved the £6 refund for the item but no postage. I double checked my paypal i had missed a letter out of her paypal address so i cancelled it and resent it. It showed completed. I then recieved another message saying she had recieved the postage but not the £6 for the dress (confused yet?? I am) I dont know what to do next both payment i have sent to her show completed on my side. please help!!
