Ok, this is quite a story so prepare yourself :). My account (not this one) was limited a few weeks ago, i've been attempting to send emails to paypal, but of course i've been met with nothing but automated replies. A few months ago I moved to China, but I forgot to change my address, and my phone number. When asked to answer questions to resolve my limitation, I answered my security questions/passwords/etc. , but the last one is to confirm my location. When I did this, I was unable to do anything about my address change, and when I asked to confirm by phone number (selecting my dad's phone number which is still on the list), it said that it was unconfirmed, and that they have sent a letter to my house with a confirmation number. Whenever I go back to that page, it just tells me to enter the confirmation number, which is of course impossible for me to get due to the fact it's thousands of miles away. Please help me with this if possible! Thanks!
